21. Best of the Knights

The Knights of Camelot are the most brave and loyal of Arthurs army, willing to die for him in a second and fighting to the very end.  They show great courage and strength and have been invaluable to Arthur against his enemies.  Leon has always been strong, standing up to Uther when he was King, seeking fairness and justice for all of Camelots people and staying true to the King and never once betraying him.  When Morgana claimed the throne, Sir Leon refused to recognise her as Queen, willing to die for his belief.  Leon is strong, brave and courageous.  Elyan speaks beautifully of the Knights loyalty to Arthur and on a number of occasions has seeked  to reassure Arthur that they are on his side until the end, willing to fight with their bare hands for him.  I love how honeslty Elyan expresses his loyalty.  Percival, again brave and incredibly strong he is a powerful Knight who you wouldn’t want to get on the wrong side of!  Gwaine, loyal, funny but above all brave, Gwaine has proven what it is to be a Knight, to fight for your friends, to put others before yourself and his bravery when Morgana made him fight for food was incredible and I love his selflessness that he was more worried for Gaius than himself.   And Lancelot, extremely brave warrior with a sensitive soul and great courage, Lancelot not only sacrificed himself for love but also for Merlin and Camelot and he was a true hero.  He never acted on his feelings for Gwen, would never have hurt Arthur, not the Lancelot we knew.  I love how the Knights are such great friends, that they have a wonderful banter and look out for Merlin and Arthur.  I love how they are brave but funny, loyal and strong and everyone of them deserves to be called A Knight of Camelot.
